    • 2 Tbsp South Beach Diet Whole Grain Crunch cereal
    • 1 tsp sugar free chocolate-flavored syrup
    • 1 Tbsp thawed cool whip lite


    Instructions


    1. Cut banana in half lengthwise;place in dessert dish.
    2. Top with remaining ingredients.
