    List of Ingredients


    • 4 med. pears,peeled,halved,and cored
    • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
    • 1/2 cup finely crushed gingersnaps
    • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
    • 2 Tbsp margarine or butter


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the pear halves,cut side up,in a 12X7 1/2X2 in. baking dish. Drizzle the orange juice over the pears. In a small bowl,combine the gingersnaps,walnuts,and the margarine or butter. Sprinkle over the pears. Bake for 20-25 min. or until the fruit is tender.
