List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup granular sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs,lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F. Lightly coat an 8 X 8 in. baking pan with cooking spray.
- Pulse walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped. Place in a large mixing bowl;add sugar substitute,coca powder,baking powder,and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Whisk together eggs,sour cream,oil, and vanilla. Make a well in dry ingredients and whisk wet into dry to combine.
- Heat chocolate chips in a small saucepan over med-low heat,whisking constantly to melt,about 1 min. Whisk into batter.
- Pour batter into pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean,20-25 min. Cool completely,cut into 16 squares,and serve.
