    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg.(4-serving size)sugar-free reapberry or strawberry gelatin
    • 2 cups boiling water
    • 4 small pears,cored and peeled


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan large enough to hold all the pears,dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the pears and simmer gently,covered,for 8-10 min. Turn them a few times so that they will take on a uniform blush. Test with a cake tester or toothpick. When the pears offer no resistance when pierced,remove them with a slotted spoon. Do not overcook. Refrigerate when cool.
    2. Pour the remaining gelatin into 4 small custard cups and chill until set.
    3. 4 servings
