    Balsamic Glazed Salmon

    List of Ingredients


    • 4(6 oz.)salmon fillets
    • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 450F.
    2. Season salmon with salt and pepper;place in an ovenproof baking dish and bake until opaque throughout, 10-12 min.
    3. While fish is cooking,place vinegar in a small saucepan. Cook over med-high heat,stirring frequently,until reduced to 1/3 cup,8-10 min. Remove from heat,whisk in oil and lemon juice,and season with salt and pepper. Place salmon on serving plates and drizzle with glaze.
    4. Makes 4 servings.
