Salmon with Tomatoes,Spinach & Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (4 oz. each )
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 med. tomato,chopped
- 1/3 cup Carbwell Light Italian dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven ot 375F. Place salmon fillets,skin sides down, in 13 X 9 in. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix remaining ingredients until well blended;spoon over salmon.
- Bake 20-25 min. or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
