List of Ingredients
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt free lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 4 salmon fillets(4 ozs. each),skin removed
- 1 Tbsp oil
Instructions
- Combine the dill,chili powder,lemon pepper,and cumin. Rub over fillets.
- In a large nonstick pan,cook salmon in oil over med. heat for 5-6 min. on each side. May be served with lemon wedges if desired.
