    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tsp dill weed
    • 2 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp salt free lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    • 4 salmon fillets(4 ozs. each),skin removed
    • 1 Tbsp oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine the dill,chili powder,lemon pepper,and cumin. Rub over fillets.
    2. In a large nonstick pan,cook salmon in oil over med. heat for 5-6 min. on each side. May be served with lemon wedges if desired.
    3. 4 servings
