    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs-room temp.
    • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
    • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    • Parmesan cheese-little or a lot


    Instructions


    1. Set oven to 300F. Seperate your eggs carefully. Beat your whites until stiff peaks form,add cream of tartar, keep beating till really stiff.
    2. Mix yolks,and cheeses together,add a little of your white to the yolk mixture. Slowly fold in your yolk mixture,trying not to break the whites down,streaky is okay.
    3. Pour in 6 globs on a greasy cookie sheet or in a greased muffin top pan. Bake for 35-40 min. Great as a sandwich.
