List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs-room temp.
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- Parmesan cheese-little or a lot
Instructions
- Set oven to 300F. Seperate your eggs carefully. Beat your whites until stiff peaks form,add cream of tartar, keep beating till really stiff.
- Mix yolks,and cheeses together,add a little of your white to the yolk mixture. Slowly fold in your yolk mixture,trying not to break the whites down,streaky is okay.
- Pour in 6 globs on a greasy cookie sheet or in a greased muffin top pan. Bake for 35-40 min. Great as a sandwich.
