- Lunch:turkey and black bean chili,tossed salad (mixed greens,cucumbers,cauliflower,green peppers)-2 cups,1 tsp olive oil,sugar free jello,8 oz skim milk
- Snack:1 oz planters almonds
- Dinner:South Beach Diet Caprese-style chicken w/broccoli and cauliflower,1 cup steamed snow peas,tossed salad (mixed greens,cucumbers,tomato,green peppers)-2 cups,2 Tbsp South Beach Diet Ranch Dressing,8 oz skim milk
- Dessert:black cherry parfait,4 oz plain yogurt
