- Dinner:Marinated London Broil,Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms,Surprise South Beach Mashed "Potatoes",Tossed salad(mixed greens,cucumbers,green peppers,cherry tomatoes,Olive oil and vinegar to taste or 2 Tbsp low-sugar prepared dressing
- Dessert:Lime Zest Ricotta Creme
