- Snack:1 hard-boiled egg
- Lunch:Turkey-tomato pita(3 oz. sliced turkey,3 tomato slices,1/2 cup shredded lettuce,1 tsp dijon mustard in a whole wheat pita)
- Snack:4 oz. non-fat,sugar-free yogurt
- Dinner:Cod en Papillote,Bibb lettuce salad,Olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste or 2 Tbsp prepared low-sugar dressing
- Dessert:Baked apple
