- Lumch:Tomato stuffed with chicken salad,fresh melon wedge,4 oz. non-fat,sugar-free yogurt
- Dinner:Snapper Provencal,steamed snow peas,rice pilaf,Tossed salad(mixed greens,cucumbers,green peppers,cherry tomatoes),Olive oil and vinegar to taste or 2 Tbsp low-sugar prepared dressing
- Dessert:Chocolate-Stuffed Steamed Pear
