Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Pear Chutney

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean pork tenderloin
- 2 small pears
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp sugar free mango chutney
- 1 tsp ginger root
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Slice pork into 1 in. slices,brown in olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper. Add pears,chicken broth,mango chutney. Simmer until sauce thickens and pears softened,and until pork is desired doneness.
