Wild Mushroom-Smothered Steaks

List of Ingredients
- 4 tenderloin steaks
- 5 tsp Creole/Cajun seasoning
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 cups sliced assorted fresh mushrooms(oysters,****akes,chanterelles,etc.)
- Chopped onion
- Chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 turns black pepper
- 8 Tbsp Smart Balance spread
Instructions
- Sprinkle steakw with Creole seasoning.(1 tsp per steak) Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. When oil is hot,add steaks and saute them on first side about 4 min. Turn the steaks and saute second side for 2 min. Add mushrooms,onions,green onions,garlic,salt, pepper,and remaining 1 tsp Creole seasoning and saute for 2 min. Turn steaks back to first side,dot with Smart Balance pats,cover the skillet,and cook for 1 min. Remove from heat. to serve,place 1 steak on each of the plates and cover with mushrooms and their juices.
