    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup dry sherry or vermouth
    • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
    • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
    • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
    • 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves,cut into 1/2 in. strips
    • 1 red bell pepper,sliced
    • 1 pkg(10 ozs.)snow peas
    • 1 pkg(10 ozs.)broccoli florets
    • 1 can(5 ozs.)water chestnuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 450F or the grill to med-high. Mix the sherry or vermouth,soy sauce,oil,onions,ginger, and garlic in small bowl. Add the chicken,pepper,peas, broccoli,and water chestnuts to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
    2. Center 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each of four 12X8 in. sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring up the foil sides;double-fold the tops and ends to seal the packets. Bake for 15-18 min. on a baking sheet in the oven or grill for 12-14 min. in a covered grill.
