    Ginger Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 large red pepper,cut into strips
    • 2 cups snow peas,halved
    • 1 med. onion,halved,cut into 1/4 in. thick slices
    • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) oscar mayer grilled chicken breast strips
    • 1 1/2 cups hot cooked instant brown rice


    Instructions


    1. Cook soy sauce and ginger in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat until heated through,stirring constantly. Add vegetables;cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender,stirring occasionally.

    2. Add chicken;cook 3 min. or until chicken is heated through,stirring occasionally.

    3. Serve over the rice.

    4. 3 servings, about 1 3/4 cups each.
