Ginger Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 large red pepper,cut into strips
- 2 cups snow peas,halved
- 1 med. onion,halved,cut into 1/4 in. thick slices
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) oscar mayer grilled chicken breast strips
- 1 1/2 cups hot cooked instant brown rice
Instructions
- Cook soy sauce and ginger in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat until heated through,stirring constantly. Add vegetables;cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender,stirring occasionally.
- Add chicken;cook 3 min. or until chicken is heated through,stirring occasionally.
- Serve over the rice.
- 3 servings, about 1 3/4 cups each.
