    List of Ingredients


    • 5 ozs. cooked chicken breast,cut into 1/2-3/4 in. chunks
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    • 3/4 cup chopped apple
    • 2 ozs. chopped walnuts
    • 1 Tbsp raisins
    • 1/3 cup prepared low-sugar Italian dressing
    • Bibb lettuce


    Instructions


    1. In a med. bowl,gently stir together the chicken, celery,apple,walnuts,and raisins. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
    2. Serve on a bed of Bibb lettuce.
    3. 2 servings
