List of Ingredients
- 5 ozs. cooked chicken breast,cut into 1/2-3/4 in. chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped apple
- 2 ozs. chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- 1/3 cup prepared low-sugar Italian dressing
- Bibb lettuce
Instructions
- In a med. bowl,gently stir together the chicken, celery,apple,walnuts,and raisins. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Serve on a bed of Bibb lettuce.
