Chopped Salad with Tuna

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp white-wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce,chopped into one in. pieces
- 1 can (15.5 oz) chickpeas,drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 oz) tuna in water,drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup black olives,pitted and slivered
- 1/2 red onion,cut into 1/4 in. pieces
- 2 cups fresh parsley,coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Place vinegar in a large salad bowl. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream,whisking to emulsify.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl,and toss well to combine
