    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups loosely packed Boston lettuce
    • 1 onion,sliced
    • 3 cups loosely packed curly endive
    • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans,toasted
    • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine the lettuce,onion,endive,and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
    2. Add the pecans,vinegar,and salt to a skillet and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Pour over the lettuce and toss gently.
    3. 6 servings
