Endive and Pecan Salad

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups loosely packed Boston lettuce
- 1 onion,sliced
- 3 cups loosely packed curly endive
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans,toasted
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine the lettuce,onion,endive,and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Add the pecans,vinegar,and salt to a skillet and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Pour over the lettuce and toss gently.
