    List of Ingredients


    • 2 med. ripe tomatoes,sliced
    • 4 ozs. fresh mozzarella cheese,sliced
    • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    • 1 basil rosette
    • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tsp cracked black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Arrange the tomato,mozzarella,and basil in a rotating pattern on a large serving plate. Combine the oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad. sprinkle with the pepper.
    2. 4 servings
