Fresh Mozzarella-Tomato Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 med. ripe tomatoes,sliced
- 4 ozs. fresh mozzarella cheese,sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 basil rosette
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Arrange the tomato,mozzarella,and basil in a rotating pattern on a large serving plate. Combine the oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad. sprinkle with the pepper.
