Grilled Ham and Swiss Cheese Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 slices(about 4 oz.) sliced ham
- 2 slices reduced fat of low-fat Swiss Cheese(each slice divided in half)
- 2 cups prewashed mixed baby greens
- 1 plum tomato,thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Lay ham slices topped with cheese and tomato on broiler pan of toaster oven.
- Toast until cheese melts.
- Fold ham over to enclose cheese and tomato, and let set.
- Meanwhile,divide salad greens between two plates and sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
- Cut ham and cheese into strips and serve on top or beside salad.
