    List of Ingredients


    • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
    • 1/2 + 1 1/4 cups water
    • 1/4 cup Splenda
    • 1/4 cup white vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 3/4 cup finely shredded cabbage
    • 1 cup diced celery
    • 1 pimiento,chopped


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan,sprinkle the gelatin on 1/2 cup of the water to soften. Cook over low heat and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Remove from the heat. Add the sugar substitute,the remaining water,the vinegar,and the salt. Chill to unbeaten egg-white consistency.
    2. Fold in the cabbage,celery,and pimiento. Turn into a 3-cup mold or individual molds and chill until firm.
    3. 6 servings
