    Ranch Salsa Chicken Salad

    South Beach Diet Phase 1,2,3

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bag (10 oz.) romaine lettuce
    • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Oscar Mayer grilled chicken breast strips
    • 1 cup (4 oz.) 2% milk shreddd reduced fat cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup canned black beans,drained,rinsed
    • 1/3 cup South Beach Diet Ranch Dressing
    • 1/3 cup thick 'n chunky salsa


    Instructions


    1. Toss lettuce with chicken breast strips,cheese and beans in large salad bowl.

    2. Add dressing and salsa;mix lightly.

    3. Serve immediately.

    4. 4 servings,about 2 cups each
