- 1 12-oz. can(or two 6-oz. cans)solid white tuna in water,drained and flaked
- 1 16-oz. can artichoke hearts,drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives,preferably imported Kalamata
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried
Instructions
- Combine tuna,artichoke hearts,olives,mayonnaise,lemon juice and oregano in a bowl.
