South Beach Diet Phase 1
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ozs.low-fat Swiss cheese slices
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 med. tomato,sliced
- 1 small red onion,thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat grill or grill pan to med-high.
- Mix together beef,salt,and pepper;form into 4 patties. Grill parties to desired doneness,4 min. per side for med. Top with cheese and cover;cook until cheese is melted,1 min.
- Remove from heat,spread with mustard,and top with a lettuce,tomato,and onion;serve.
- Makes 4 servings
