    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 ozs.low-fat Swiss cheese slices
    • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
    • 1 med. tomato,sliced
    • 1 small red onion,thinly sliced


    Instructions


    1. Heat grill or grill pan to med-high.
    2. Mix together beef,salt,and pepper;form into 4 patties. Grill parties to desired doneness,4 min. per side for med. Top with cheese and cover;cook until cheese is melted,1 min.
    3. Remove from heat,spread with mustard,and top with a lettuce,tomato,and onion;serve.
    4. Makes 4 servings
