    Asian Coleslaw

    South Beach Diet Phase 1,2,3

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup South Beach Diet Ranch Dressing
    • 1/4 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
    • 1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    • 1 bag(16 oz.) coleslaw blend
    • 1 Tbsp Chopped Planters Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts


    Instructions


    1. Mix dressing, peanut butter and soy sauce in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    2. Add coleslaw blend;toss to coat. Cover.

    3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Top with peanuts just before serving.

    4. 12 servings, 1/2 cup each
