Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F. Mix 1 15.5-oz. can chickpeas,rinsed and drained;2 Tbsp olive oil;salt to taste.
- Mix ingredients together in shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 min. until golden brown,stirring occasionally.
- When finished,remove from oven and allow to cool. Eat at room temp.
