List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups strawberries,halved
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp oat bran
- 2 Tbsp sugar-free pancake syrup
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor,combine the strawberries,yogurt,sugar substitute,dry milk, walnuts,oat bran,syrup,and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.
