    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 cups strawberries,halved
    • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
    • 1/2 tsp sugar substitute
    • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
    • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    • 3 Tbsp oat bran
    • 2 Tbsp sugar-free pancake syrup
    • 1/2 cup ice cubes


    Instructions


    1. In a blender or food processor,combine the strawberries,yogurt,sugar substitute,dry milk, walnuts,oat bran,syrup,and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.
    2. 4 servings
