List of Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt cheese made from nonfat yagurt
- 2 scallions,trimmed and minced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley plus leaves for garnish
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp dried
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a med-sized bowl,blend together yogurt cheese, scallions,parsley,basil,garlic,salt and pepper with a wooden spoon.(The cheese may be prepared ahead and stored,covered,in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.)
- To serve,spread the cheese on crostini and garnish with parsley leaves.
