- 1(2-2 1/2 lbs.)head cauliflower,cored and cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Place cauliflower,oil,red pepper flakes,salt,and pepper in a mixing bowl;toss to combine. Arrange in a single layer on a heavy-bottomed baking sheet or in a large baking dish. Roast until softened and golden brown,25-30 min.
