    Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes with Chives

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • 2 pts. cherry tomatoes
    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet,heat oil over med-high heat. Add tomatoes and saute until skins begin to split,3-4 min. Remover from heat,toss with chives and season with salt and pepper.
    2. 4 servings
