    Cream Cheese Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 and 1/2 cups butter
    • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 6 large eggs
    • 3 cups cake flour
    • 11/2 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Beat butter and cream cheese at least 2 minutes or until creamy
    2. Add sugar and beat 7 minutes
    3. Add eggs one at a time, beating until yellowdisappears
    4. Gradually add flour, mixing on low speed just until blended
    5. Stir in vanilla
    6. Pour into tube pan or bundt pan
    7. Bake at 325 for 90 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
