I know that as a Canadian I'm supposed to like Kraft Dinner but this is just about as easy to make & tastes a whole lot better. Sorry Bare Naked Ladies
List of Ingredients
10 - 12 ounces elbow macaroni or other small pasta
3 tablespoons flour
1 ½ cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon honey mustard
salt & pepperRecipe
1 - Cook macaroni and drain.
2 - Dissolve flour in ½ cup milk. Combine with remaining milk, butter, cheese and mustard in a saucepan. Slowly bring to a simmer, stirring often. Cook over low heat until sauce is smooth, 4 - 5 min.
3 - Combine sauce & pasta. Add salt & pepper to taste.
