These are somewhat like baby Cream Puffs/Dutch Babies


List of Ingredients




6 Tbls.butter cut in small pieces,1 cup water,1 teas.salt,1 c.flour,5 eggs,1 c.cheddar cheese grated,salt,pepper.

Recipe



Combine water,butter,salt in pan,bring to boil,stiring.Remove from heat,add flour,stiring till smooth.Add eggs one at a time,stiring in to smooth dough.Mix in cheese,salt,pepper.place 1-2" balls on greased baking sheet.Bake 450* 15-20 mins.You can also use this recipe in mini muffin pans.
