Cooking for a crowd...10 crab balls,100 servings,1& 1/2oz.each.


List of Ingredients




5 lbs.crab meat,2 lbs.room temp.cream cheese,2 1/2 c.butter room temp.,1 Tbls.worchestershire,5 small onions minced,OLD BAY seasoning

In bowl mix all but OLD BAY seasoning.Divide mixture into 10 balls.Sprinkle balls with OLD BAY.Chill balls for 3-4 hrs before serving
