    2 lbs.ground beef,1 cup mayo,1 cup taco sauce,1 cup shred cheddar,1 cup shred jack cheese,1/2 cup chop onion,2 Tbls.minced garlic,1 pt.sour cream,corn chips.

    Oven 350*.Brown meat with salt,pepper,crumble,drain.Combine mayo,taco sauce in bowl.Stir in meat.Add 3/4 cup cheeses,onion,garlic.Put in 9"pie plate,top with remaining cheese.Insert chips around edge of plate,bake 15-20 mins.Serve with additional chips,sour cream.
