Japanese Meatballs
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef,1/4 cup soy sauce,1 cup bread crumbs,1 cup fresh mushrooms,1/2 cup finely chopped celery,2 Tbls.fine chop.onion,peanut oil,1/3 cup soy sauce,1/4 cup brown sugar,sesame seeds.Recipe
Mix together beef,1/4 cup soy,crumbs,mush.,celery,onion.Shape into balls.Heat oil in pan,cook meatballs.When done,stir in 1/3 cup soy to loosen goodie in pan.Stir in brown sugar.Serve topped with sesame seeds.
