1 small can minced clams,1/2 c.butter,1 c.flour,4 eggs,soft cream cheese.Recipe
Drain clams.Add enough water to make 1 c.liquid.Bring clams,liquid,butter to boil.Add flour all at once.Stir until it forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.Set off heat to cool,2-3mins.Add eggs,one at a time,and beat in each egg.Drop batter by spoonfuls on oiled baking sheet and bake moderate oven,325*,40-50 mins.Serve hot or cool and stuff with cream cheese.
