Yeild;150-175 Hors d'oeuvres.Shrimp or crawfish can also be used.Serve the scallops with teriyaki sauce,Chinese hot mustard,sweet and sour sauce.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs.scallops,1Tbls.lemon pepper seasoning,1Tbls.soy sauce,2Tbls.lemon juice,4c.water chestnuts sliced,3lbs.bacon,1 box wooden toothpicks.Recipe
In larg.stainless steel bowl,marinate scallops in lemon pepper,soy s.,lemon juice covered in fride 1hr.Cut bacon strips in half.Wrap bacon around each scallop and 1 or 2 pieces of chestnuts.Secure with pick.Place on parchment lined baking sheet.When ready to serve,put into 400* oven,15 mins.or bacon is cooked.Do not cook the bacon crisp,or scallops will be over done.
