    2(8oz.)pkg.cream cheese,2(2 1/2oz.)pkg.dried beef,4teas.dried onion,4Tbls.milk,1/2c.chopped green pepper,1/2teas.garlic powder,1/2teas.pepper,1(8oz.)sour cream.

    Cream the cream cheese,combine all.Bake 325*,25mins.Serve warm with crusty bread bits.
