    Smoked Salmon Stuffed Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients




    12 large mushrooms without stems,1 pint whipped cream cheese softened,1/4 cup mayo,1/2 cup smoked salmon flaked,1/2 pkg.dry vegie soup mix,1/4 red sweet pepper chopped fine,small amount green onions chopped fine,salt,pepper,celery seed,dill weed.

    Combine all but dill weed,stuff mushrooms.Sprinkle tops with dill weed,chill.Opt.Top mushrooms with buttered bread crumbs,put under broiler till browned...Top with grated parmesan,broil.
