1 green onion minced,2 cloves garlic mince,1 Tbles.olive oil,7-8 straight 1-1 1/2 in.dia.zukes,1/2 lb.bulk italian sausage,1/2 cup bread crumbs,1/2 cup grate cheese,1 egg,2 Tbles.chop parsley,2 Tbls.chop fresh basil,1 Tbls.pepper,1 teas.salt.

Slice zukes into 1"rounds.Heat oil,saute onion,garlic,do not brown.Mix this with sausage with all other ingred.but zukes,blend.With melon baller,scoop out zukes leaving 1/4" all the way around and bottom.Form filling in sm.balls,stuff zukes.Put them on oiled bake sheet,bake 350* 10 mins.turn oven to 325*,cook 10-15 mins.till done.
