1 lrg.sweet white onion thinly sliced,1c.vegetable broth,1 c.tomatoe juice,1/2c.ketchup,1/4c.honey,1Tbls.worchestershire,1/2teas.minced garlic,1/2teas.chili powder,salt,pepper,4 salmon steaks,oil.

Recipe



Combine onion,broth in saucepan,bring to boil.Add tom.juice,ketchup,honey,worchestershire,garlic,chili pow.,salt,pepper,stir.Low heat simmer 1 hr.Remove from heat,puree,set aside.
Put salmon steaks on oiled grill.Cook indirect heat. basting with sauce till fish flakes when tested with fork.
