    Beer Soaked Brats

    List of Ingredients




    6 brats,1 12oz.can beer(hammbone),3/4 cup water,1 onion sliced.(whole wheat hot dog buns,kraut).

    Cook brats on grill until browned and split.Place brats in mix of 1/4 of the beer(drink the rest),water,onion.Simmer brats in this brine 30 mins.Before serving,place brats back on grill for a couple if mins.(serve on buns with kruat).
