    4 salmon steaks,1 Tbls.oil,2 teas.lemon juice,salt,pepper,2 Tbls.butter,1/2 teas.chopped parsley.

    Lemon butter 'Maitre D'hotel',Mix butter with 1/2 lemon juice,parsley,salt,pepper.Season salmon steaks with the other 1/2 of lemon juice,salt,pepper.Brush with oil.Grill till done.Serve with 'Maitre D'Hotel butter on the side.
