Heavenly Halibut
List of Ingredients
6 halibut 1"thick steaks,1 lrg.sweet onion sliced,salt and pepper.Topping:3/4 cup mayo,1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese,2 tea.lemon juice,1/4 tea.celery seed,1/4 tea.garlic,1/8 tea white pepper,1/2 tea.dill weed,1/4 tea.paprika.
Recipe
Rinse steaks,pat dry.Place in heavy foil packet,top with sliced onions and salt and pepper.Spread a thick layer of topping on top of fish,cover with foil.Place on grill,indirect heat,cook till done and flaky.Serve with remaining topping on the side.'It does'nt get any better than this!!!'
