4- 1" salmon steaks,1/3 cup orange juice,1/3 cup soy sauce,2 Tbls.mince parsley,2 Tbls.oil,1 garlic clove crush,1/2 teas.crush basil.


Recipe

Put fish in shallow dish.Mix o.j.,soy,parsley,oil,garlic,basil.Pour over fish.Let stand at room temp.2 hrs.turning.Drain,put fish in greased grill basket or right onto grill.Grill 8 mins,baste with left over marinade,turn,grill10 mins,or done.Can drizzle with marinade before serving..
