    1 1/4 cup flour,1 Tbls.baking powder,1/3 teas.salt,1/4 cup cold butter(1/2 stick)cut in 4 pieces,1 1/8 cup cream.

    Place flour,baking pow.,salt in lrg.bowl.With mixer,blend.Add butter,cut in to resemble coarse meal.By hand,stir in cream till blended.Drop batter by heaping Tbls. on ungreased sheet,bake 425* 20mins.
