    1 pkg.Jiffy corn muffin mix,1egg,1/3c.milk,frying oil,1/4c.flour,1/4c.fine chopped onion or onion flakes.

    Preheat oil to 375*.Stir all till mixed.Drop by teas.into hot oil,fry about 2mins.(1min.on each side).Drain.
