Tricky!Scoop ice cream into balls,place in single layer on chilled cookie sheet.Freeze uncovered.Arrange in puff bowl,top with any flavored syrup,nuts,whipped cream,etc.Makes a great party dessert.


List of Ingredients




2/3 cup water,1/4 cup butter,1 cup bisquick,4 eggs,favorite filling.Salad fillings;mixed fruit,apple and grapes and nuts 'Waldorf' salad,different flavor ice cream scoops,Main dish fillings;cut up cooked meats,vegies,etc.

Grease deep dish pie plate.Heat water,butter to boil.Add bisquick,mix all at once till forms ball(just like cream puff dough),Remove from heat,beat in eggs one at a time till smooth.Spread in pie plate,not up the sides.Bake till center is dry,35-40 mins.cool.Fill with filling,serve cut into wedges.
